When a deadly virus starts infecting the world population, a group of scientists develop a vaccine which on the surface appears to end the pandemic, slowly returning life back to normal, however, 3 months later, side effects from the vaccine begin to start showing itself, starting with insomnia followed by hallucinations, paranoia and self-harm, gradually turning humans into raging creatures who start killing each other.
